Absolutely worth every penny! Ged has so much experience and truly showed with the amount of snags he discovered in our new build. Very patient and fair, he was in for over six hours working thoroughly through the house and not leaving a stone unturned. The report is well written and very detailed with photos and descriptions for every finding and arrived the day after his visit despite him finishing around 7pm!
