Hilarious levels of incompetence ... we took over hire on a toilet that had been hired for the past year, the toilet never moved, but they claimed that they couldn't find the toilet and therefore didn't service it for 3 months, but still charged for it even though it was unusable, then, after cancelling it in November, they continued to charge me until February and ignore every single attempt we make to get a refund, avoid at ALL costs!

Toilets are hardly ever cleaned, you have to ring and chase despite paying for weekly clean. No water, soap available for the whole period and my final straw they issued an invoice for the whole of December where toilet not even supposed to be on side! Get your services and systems sorted. Will never use this company again! Not to mention manager trying to convince me that cleaning has been done where toilet was on my site and builders constantly complaining how filthy and dirty it is especially in summer period!
