Normally I don’t like to leave negative reviews because we can all have an off day. However, I feel strongly about how I have been made to feel. I’ve been using Sisters nail salon for a couple of years now and whenever I go there I am never greeted with a friendly smile, in fact I feel like I’m not welcomed there at all (I do ask my myself why I kept going back, convenienceI suppose). I recently had my toe nails painted and because the girl who did them didn’t use a toe separators they smudged on most toes, the girl was very nice and apologetic and she booked me in for them to be re done. I went back and they corrected them, when I was ready to leave, I asked one of the other ladies (who is always really rude to me ) if I owed any money.. I’m not sure if she said that they don’t want to paint my nails again or they’re not going to re paint them again if they smudge. As I said I don’t really like giving negative reviews but I wanted to write this review for their benefit. Services: Pedicure, Nail polish changes

Went in without an appointment, got seen really quickly After spending a considerable amount of money for a treatment too, the lady that took the payment was rude and patronising, no customer service skills Appalling treatment considering the money spent Won’t recommend going in there because of the toxicity environment and patronising attitude towards paying customers However the ladies that done my nails and treatment where really polite Service: Manicure

The staff are nice, and I went in on a walk in and got sat down very quickly. However, the man that did my nails was almost rushing, and in the end he ended up putting topcoat over my skin I’m nearly all of my fingers and he missed out colour on a large part of my nail. The nails have already started peeling because of this and I am upset with how the quality turned out to be.
