Sisters care you failed my nan 6 years ago my nan needed some carers at home she was bed bound had dementia and had a stroke sisters care was given to my nan When I would visit my nan on a daily basis they would have left the kitchen a mess left her food and drink on a table they she couldn't reach many times when I walked in they would be asleep on the chairs lazy carers didn't want to deal with my nan one time they left her unattended on a chair and when I got there she had fallen out of the chair never would I ever let this company look after any of my family again

Sisters Care are looking after my dad on a live-in basis. It's such a comfort to know he's safe and well cared for. We've got a couple of excellent carers as his primary team now. The company responded to issues raised during the settling in period which was very difficult as my dad struggled to adapt to needing full time care. I have no hesitation recommending them. I'm adding a bit more to this review, dad's health has deteriorated and it looks like we are reaching the end. I cannot praise the carers and office team highly enough. Dad needs so much help but the carers do all they can. The office team also help so much in dealing with the GP, district nurses, equipment providers etc. I don't live locally and simply wouldn't cope without them. And they are always so kind and supportive and give their time when I know they must be really busy. Thank you ro everyone involved.

Sisters cared for my Mom all through covid . She had four calls a day and they never missed a call. They became friends as well as carers. Mom had serious needs and all were catered for. If you have Patience and Fatima caring for you or your loved ones then you are very lucky as their level of care is amazing . The girls were heartbroken when Mom died. ..
