Absolutely over the moon at my treatment today, I luckily got an NHS emergency appointment with dentist who was SO friendly and informative. Very unusual in my experience of grumpy dentists who don't want to talk to you. The procedure went well and it has resolved my pain.

My partner went here for an emergency treatment, the dentist was rude, didn’t give him any information on what was happening, told him there was nothing wrong and then hit an exposed nerve with her tools causing extreme pain. She then told him he needs an extraction which she does do but this surgery doesn’t do it so she wouldn’t do it despite it being an emergency. He’s been charged £23 to be told he needs a prescription and extraction but they won’t do it. What a waste of time (it’s over an hrs drive from home) Rude staff who offer no information. A complaint to the NHS will be made! I honestly believe this dentist shouldn’t have even been practicing if she’s hitting nerves with her tools!
