I’m writing this review on behalf of customers I’ve fitted for. The hamer stove is not fit to be fitted in customers property’s as when the faults start on them it’s never ending Know faults Hinge fell off one of the stove when it was lit customer only new about this when they opened the door to refuel and the door fell off resulting in customer burning hand Top plate on another stove came with bolts sheared off I was told the top of the stove isn’t fixed to main body incase it warps I spoke with other suppliers and they just laughed about it saying they must be expecting it to warp Another stove. The baffle plate buckled and caused it to drop into the fire Another one rope forever dropping out of door I’ve had to replace with my own rope and glue These hamer stoves are made to the cheapest spec and if they anything to go by probably the standards of the other stoves they supply would be the same I’m in the process with citizen advice and my solicitor about this situation
