I would just like to echo the previous comments regarding support and after sales service. I inherited a Vola fire when moving house and Jason provided excellent advice when it developed a fault. He diagnosed the problem and sent out parts promptly, also following up with advice on pairing the remote. Great service, thanks again 👍

An excellent fireplace but due an oversight on our part we ordered a frameless rather than framed unit. Rang up Sirocco customer support and got through to Jason who was brilliant. Talked me through what the issue was, went through my options, then he took my details and ordered me the missing trim offering pertinent and helpful advice. A fantastic service was provided. I would definitely recommend this company!

I had a faulty valve in my gas fire since day one and they wanted me to buy a new valve and arrange and pay for the fitting and then send it back to them to investigated. They found the same fault that I informed them and it's been now for 5 months that I've been trying to get money back from the new valve + fitting + postal fees. Seems to be that they try to do everything they can to make your life difficult. I've never had this bad experience of any warranty related issues with any other company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Sirocco Fireplace (Ignite Pinnace 860) from B&Q in 2016, it stopped working due to the lack of use. I struggled to find competent gas engineers willing to diagnose or repair a gas fire, eventually when I did, 2 gas safe engineers were unable to solve the issue. They recommended I contact the manufacturer. So, I went back to the Sirocco as a last resort to see if they could send an engineer out to have a look at the issue, or point me in the direction of one in my local area. I spoke with Jason from Sirocco fires via email and phone. He kindly then sent me some helpful instructions and videos which could be done by anyone not gas qualified at first instance, this morning. He also gave 2 contacts within the local area who are familiar with their fireplaces. I followed the instructions this afternoon, the handset started to work again and showed some error codes (good sign, as it did not do this before), after a few more attempts the fireplace actually fired up and the error codes on the handset cleared! The fireplace has not done this for at least 2 years prior and 2 gas engineers failed to do this as well. The next thing for me (which I should have done earlier and regular) is to get a maintenance service done. I thank Jason for his excellent customer service, courtesy, knowledge and commitment. Fantastic experience dealing with this company. Highly recommended.
