A very relaxed and informative couple of days doing softener training. The venue is very nice, with food and drinks included. The training itself was very intimate with small groups, and Gary was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The level of information given is intense but well paced. I went in knowing nothing and came away feeling confident that I could service softeners. Highly recommend.

Coming into to course I didn’t know a great deal about the water softeners and the science and processes behind it all. Gary’s presentations and input including his delivery of content was spot on and helped me understand how to fully strip down and look at the history and diagnostics of fleck and clack valves. I feel more confident to go and site and strip down and program valves, install and commotion. I’m definitely coming back for day 3 and other courses!
