Came across this statue while in Paddington Basin to see the Fan and Rolling Bridge. This statue stands in tribute to Sir Simon Milton, who was a British politician and served in the administration of Boris Johnson during his mayorship. The statue is cast in bronze, but doesn't appear to be life size, having the proportions of a child.
