Visited the hospital today as a day case patient for endoscopies. The staff in the unit are amazing! I was so scared and they put me at ease. The doctor was so caring and explained everything to me. I cannot thank you all enough.

I ended up going to the Peel hospital in the late afternoon on the 7th of January 2023 due to shoulder and neck ache with raised blood pressure. My blood pressure reached 213 after the nurse took a reading. I was given an ECG too and my heart rhythm and electrical activity was normal. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The nurse who treated me was exceptional in how she treated me with empathy and care. An absolutely amazing experience and a credit to their profession. Thank you!
