Had Christmas lunch and paid for a box for the family This year was a carvery which we all enjoyed and preferred, after last years set menu. The lady who was looking after us was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to her. Unfortunately though the room was cold. The wall heater was on and I asked for an extra heater which was supplied without any problem but it took the room a long time to warm up due to the glass doors that overlook the pitch. It is quite pricey but you are paying for the overall experience of where you are and the service.

I visited the restaurant recently with colleagues. It has a nice view inside the stadium. The service was nice and the personnel tried to attend to everyone's needs. The food was also good (see attached photos). Overall, a very nice experience! I would visit again.

My daughter and her partner booked us a birthday meal for the four of us, but we were very disappointed in both the meal and service, we had wrong drinks bought twice wrong meals bought, and the beef was so tough that we couldn't eat it, the veg was very sparse and we had about six tiny roast potatoes so we were very disappointed with our meals. We were served by two young girls which were very polite but kept getting orders mixed up and when we were asked if there was anything wrong with our meals, they said they would let chef know. We were asked by both waitresses but nothing was followed up by either the chief or the management, so once again we were disappointed. So unfortunately we could not recommend our meals or the service.

I booked a birthday party for 40 people on 25th July, booking is on line only ( through a booking agent) I completed the booking and had to pay in full. Unfortunately 6 guests could not attend, I did try and amend this but was told I was unable to do this. Many emails back and forth later, I was still unable to get any refund. Although we have had many large parties here previously I will definitely not book again. The standard of food and the service were both not as good as previously, due to low staff numbers. Please be aware when placing your on line booking.
