Shocking service. Small dent repair to the front wing and wheel powder coating has so far taken 2 weeks and still no sign of getting my car back. Phone calls are ignored and promised call backs never happen. Zak is rude when you do get through to him, shouts down the phone at you and tells you he "doesnt have time for this" Avoid this company at all costs. Services: Auto body & trim replacement, Painting

Easily the worst customer service i've ever experienced, no one replies, no one picks up the phone, no one answers emails and when they say they'll call back they never do. I gave in my dashboard to them and they held onto it for 4 months and barley told me anything about it. When I finally got it back the speedometer was off by 10mph and all the lights were still flashing and now its completely failed on me. Ive been contacting them for weeks and no reply, Im not wasting my time with this I want my money back and I will be seeking legal action. Service: Electrical repair

Sinspeed is not a business but a scammers just avoid them,I have sent them part for repair they received next day,after few days i have contact them but they say we will call u, after week and half some one call me and told me they did not have my contact no?lol. Then he take all detail and say we will let u know, after week and half he say i can't find any fault and sent me invoice for testing fee which i paid them in minutes from there they stop answering my phone they got my part and money and not answer the call or mail?great i was chasing them for weeks they don't answer my call use other no too but no luck then send them mail and tel them know i will report u trading standard and will take u to court then they take is serious and send my part after 4 weeks, but some component are missing & damages I am waiting for full report from my mechanic. I will report them to trading standard and will see if can take them to court will do that too. They are not business but the scammers. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Transmission
