I thought that it would be useful for people to know what amazing service I received last week when organizing the service sheet for our Mum's memorial service. Simon asked his colleague, Mark, to help with the project and the level of service and professionalism was of the highest order. Although I had the basic information that we needed, Mark made suggestions that made the booklet even better, and was extremely patient when some small changes needed to be made.
