    So the one star is for the agency representative with a disgusting attitude,Oana from the Shirebrook branch. What a terrible superiority air she is throwing. Unbelievable. She can't even speak proper english but her nose is above the clouds. Not seeing how you will keep the workers with such staff. Took them 45 minutes to get me registered while the ladies in the office were chatting either in Polish or Romanian. Wouldn't hurt to show some respect to those in the office, that don't understand anything you are talking about,plus we are not in any of those countries, but UK. Professionalism is lacking badly, obviously not everyone but the person mentioned above and her behavior it is just not acceptable. I can't wait to receive some attitude again from that "lady" and fill a formal complaint. Maybe this review will bring her back to Earth and she will stop treating workers as rubbish. Thanks
