    I've been going here for years but my last experience was so shoddy I will never go again. Eyebrows were OK, but my upper lip resulted in drawing blood which the beautician then tried to blame me for it "she has dry skin". The receptionist waived the fee for the botched upper lip, but in my book, customer service would have said give the lady both treatments free. Also, there was no apology. You get what you pay for, I'm afraid. Management has changed hands a few times over the years and at the moment it is terrible on all counts. Service: Hair threading

    Had a groupon deal but they wouldn’t let me use it. Previously I had booked an appointment for a friend & because I had done that, they wouldn’t let me use the groupon code for myself (I already paid for). I work in hospitality & catering (very much customer service based job). To be honest, I felt the staff could’ve handled the situation better. The manager was blaming everything on the system & had no backbone. The wax was actually ok & the shop looks lovely (once u can find it), but I probably won’t be going back again.
