Do not order from here !!!!!!!!! We ordered a suit in February the due date was 24th April we called a number of times left text messages but no one got back to us when we went into the store the shop owner was extremely rude we asked if there was a update with the order as the due date had passed he said he was busy and to come back tomorrow we told him that we are not local so can't come back he then said the suit was in the shop but he doesn't have time to look for it and simply said go go go go we then called him the next day to make sure the suit was ready for collection as we didn't want to travel all the way there to be told its not ready at first he wasn't picking the phone up or responding to messages he then finally picked up late afternoon I asked him if my suit was ready as he told me to come back tomorrow the owner then said if I thought he does magic that the suit is ready for collection I reminded him that he told me to come back tomorrow to which he lied and said no he didn't and not to call him again he was so rude! I waited a week and no contact was made the wedding at this point is in 3 weeks time and I dont know what is happening ! I then decided to go to the store as i don't have time I asked what was happening with my suit and if delivery was sorted to which he responded by saying the suit wasn't even here and he doesn't know where it was it may be in the London warehouse and why I had was in his shop again when I was firm with him and said that my suit was passed the due date and the wedding is in 3 weeks he then said he will try finding out and to give him a few days again a week went by and no contact was made my calls and text messages were not being returned I went to the shop again a week later (now I only have 2 weeks for the wedding ) when I went in he then said that my suit had actually been lost and there was nothing he could and that it was not his fault or problem the owners attitude is disgusting he is rude doesn't have any manners I am now panicking and don't know what to do please do not use this shop they need to learn some manners and customer service skills Complete joke!

I’ve personally just bought two outfits. Paaji was extremely helpful and has great customer service. He even made me an additional belt for my outfit. Which has really elevated the look. From my experience I’ve had no issues and would highly recommend. He has returned my items on time and also reasonably priced. Please check out the store if you’re in the area.

This shop needs reporting to trading standards. Any positive reviews on here are fake written mainly by people who have written reviews once - coincidence ? We ordered a made to measure outfit reception which was 4 weeks late. However, when we arrived to pick it up, it was a completely different outfit. He made multiple excuses whilst he ordered his worker to try and find it in the store and told us to come back in 30 mins. He then said come back another day as he'll check his London store?! It was clear he had no care in the world and was making endless excuses. Whilst we were there another customer also came to pick her order up but he also made excuses to her as it clearly wasn't there. Believe the negative reviews. Do not give this shop your hard earned money!!

Amazing customer service and amazing outfits!! I just collected my lehenga and I am so pleased with the result. Perfect fit and it’s just stunning. I looked everywhere in Birmingham before coming to this store. The prices here are the best. So affordable and the quality of the product is great. I’ll definitely be back for the next occasion and I highly recommend this store.
