    I’ve flown with them a few times and they were fine, but their customer service and website is the worst I’ve come across. Have wasted circa 6hrs on the phone to them and numerous emails trying to change flights and just had to give up and push for a partial refund which they also made hugely difficult, despite being a refundable ticket. (Still don’t have the money back yet)

    Worst airline on the planet … they don’t pick up phone calls even after 2 hours waiting and don’t answer emails … have no money to give customers service but are still happy to sell flights and take your money … will surely be going bust and bankrupt any second so save your cash and go somewhere else!

    My agent charged $400 to reschedule my flight because the airline'd requested so, it only cost me about10% or 20% of this amount when were with qantas and Cathy pacific. It's so redicilous, my first time fly with Singapore airline and also the last time. Thanks.
