Just received my order from ‘Sinful’ , and very happy with my overall ‘shopping experience’. (For reference to any potential customers worried about ordering from a company based in the Netherland’s, don’t worry at all! These guys are extremely professional, and very reputable. ( Check trust-pilot) My order had a manufacturing problem, which was nothing to do with the supplier, but on contacting their customer service team, they have been exemplary in how they have handled my order, and sent a replacement the following day. On every step of your order you are kept informed and can track your order ‘door to door’. The only caveat to this is that with ‘Cross border deliveries’ this probably takes around 10 working days, which is not a problem, as long as you know in advance and can manage your expectations? I am delighted with my purchase, which was very competitively priced, and included free shipping! Overall these guys are up there with the very best, and actually understand the meaning of ‘customer service’! “Shop with confidence and enjoy”
