When the collection date had to be changed due to an employee's sickness, your team went above and beyond by offering me compensation for my train ticket. This gesture was greatly appreciated and demonstrated a level of care and concern for customers that is all too rare these days. Before the rescheduled delivery date, Jenny sent me a lovely video detailing the features of the car. This was a thoughtful touch that made me feel even more excited about my purchase. On delivery day, Paul went out of his way to make sure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Called in to see best day to bring moho in for a gas point fitting for bbq, inflatable awning, aircon unit, and to connect gas flow. The young man recommended getting a price first, so he took details ,I missed a call from him so called back but no reply, it took 3days for him to get back to me and he still didn't have a price for anything, he lost our registration number so that was another day wasted, if this is how they operate there's no way I'm letting them loose on my moho terrible service for the easiest of tasks , Stear clear if I was you. ththey work there's noway
