  This is NOT!!! the one for you. A total and absolute SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!! The service we requested for included having our load packed up for us. We were told that they would provide 30 cartons for us which were included in the quote and we’d pay extra per carton if required. Fair enough. Beware of the sizes of the cartons provided. Carton sizes they provided were 12inches by 8inches for a home move! We had 75 little cartons in total and were slapped with a bill to pay for the extra. They will rob you and refuse to release your load until you settle the unexpected bill. Forget trying to speak with a supervisor because they will not answer the phone. It’s very disturbing that they are able to get away with this. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

  Listen!!!! Protect your mental health by avoiding these cowboys at all cost. They are highly unprofessional, the person in charge (Emma) is very rude and unresponsive, you will be blindsided with extra charges and the removals men will threaten to take your stuff to storage if you don't pay the extra charges. Moving homes is hard enough, now imagine paying just to only have it done by cowboys. Don't walk, RUN!!!!! from these people. They will break your heart.

  DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE FRUSTRATED!!! WORST REMOVAL COMPANY EVER!!! Firstly EMMA the manager will never pick your call to start with! Secondly they came with small boxes, literally (35) boxes no bigger than an average microwave to move stuff from a three bedroom house. THEY DRAGGED THEIR FEET, THEN SAID THEY NEED TO MORE THAN 8 HOURS AND NEEDED ADDITIONAL PAYMENT. In addition to the £1000 I already paid them, I had to pay £1000 more before they agreed to drop my stuff. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! AVOID THEM FOR YOUR SANITY!!!

  This Company is Joke, who are a bunch of Theives. Warning do not Use them. Nice as anything when they want your money. The level of service is a joke, when they turned to collect stuff it was two shabby old vans that didn't even seem to be road worthy. Then when we arrived in Spain it took them 3 weeks to even get our possessions to us, which arrived in 3 different trips with damage goods every time! And we have over £1000 of missing stuff. Small items that would be easy to Sale. Brand new Dewalt drills a Hydraulic car jack, a Vax hard floor cleaner box's containing washing detergents and those sort of consumables to name but a few. We've sent countless emails and tried to ring and I don't know how many times. The main person we dealt was called Adam absolute Con artist gives you flannel over the phone and nothing happens my Wife has had to step In and take over trying to chase these Theives as I have a Heart condition and the the Stress of it is just to much we have reported them to trading standards and everyone who we think of that can Help. Please Don't Use this Joke of a Company.

  They have 'lost' my shipment! They refuse to let me search their warehouses; they refuse to help at all and never sent details of their insurance company. I had all my very personal items in the shipment including furniture made by my great grandfather. They were careless from the beginning storing it. They lied about where the shipment was and it is now nearly five months since they picked it up and it took them 4 and a half months to tell me it was missing. I will seek a county court summons to gain entry to search for all of my belongings but how can this level of imcompetence and negligence exist in a business that should be so straightforward? They simply do not care and are there to take money, lie and cheat you!

  Avoid. Arrived nearly 3 hours late, were unwilling to pack some heavy white goods and left behind, items damaged, refused to take boxes to corresponding rooms, arrived without packing materials of which we had to go and buy on day of the move, extra charges and had to do 8 trips in our car to collect all the items they missed. No communication since raising issues with the company. Over £500 in damage and cost to replace white goods.

  Regret having to leave this poor review for a company that at the outset sounded so promising. When I originally booked the company I was assured they were a local company to me less than 10 miles away and on the day a two man team would come to move me. I explained I was using a couple of vans with my friends as they were helping to move me as well, as I was unable to lift heavy items any longer due to my health. I was assured this was not going to be an issue. On the day of moving a man and his wife I was lead to believe attended to move me and in the time it took them to load and unload one luton van my friends had loaded and unloaded a luton twice and a transit van twice between the four of them. We were informed the other man that should have been present had broke his ankle and wouldn't be there. They were regularly asking my friends to borrow a lighter having cigarette breaks and then took in excess of 20 minutes to drive between properties. In total over an hour of breaks as they confirmed they went to find coffee whilst driving between houses which was only a few miles apart. However when they moved some of the items on the first load the lady broke one of the items of furniture and chipped it as well. But did not inform me or was honest to me about this and was watched doing this. This was challenged when the unloading was happening and the driver repaired the broken back with two new screws but the damaged part he could not repair. I was assured by the driver that a replacement article would be delivered in 2-3 days. I Instantly reported the poor service to them and sent in photos to the sales person as requested. When it came to pay for the outstanding balance they tried to charge an extra hour to collect a few heavy items on the second run even though my friends did the lifting as the lady could not. When I refused due to the amount of breaks had and lack of items they had moved, in 6 hours for one full load and a small load of which my friends had helped to empty both they refused to release the last two items being the fridge freezer and mattress. After speaking with a manager who said if I emailed them would deal with it on the Monday, this never happened. I have emailed regularly and called them to be just told we deal with it when we are ready too. I would not recommend using them as they do not provide the service or deal with claims as per their own website says they will if terms and conditions are followed. It is also worth looking at trust pilot for the reviews as well as I wish I had before using them.

  AVOID, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Update from 03.05: Things still have not been delivered despite being in Spain, They continue to request double of the initial quote to deliver the items. Initial review: I cannot regret more getting the services of this company. One month after they took all my belongings from my house and 1) I don't know where they are 2) they are not responding to my emails/calls 3) worst: I have been contacted by the Spanish Customs that there is people trying to get an insane amount of furniture at my name through Dover border. I am pregnant and due to stress that this situation put on me, I had to go to the doctor due to anxiety. In detail: - All was going well when I was contacted by Adam who gave me a very competitive quote. I am pregnant, so I asked for a packing service and 2 men on collection as I couldn't lift any weight. - On the day of the move, 2 men came with no packing material. The guy on the phone was extremely unreasonable, telling me that it will cost me more because they needed to go back to the warehouse and that the best solution was to take everything in the van without packing and they will pack on the storage room. Bonkers! I denied. - 2 Days after the move they told me that I needed to pay an additional 1200£ for the extra services, packing and extra weight, as apparently I had ~1000kg in the van. I told them that it was impossible, my move was very small, I asked for a prove of this weight (before/after weight of van). They sent a fake ticket that was dated at the time that the 2 men were at my home doing the packing. - When I started calling and requesting a solution... No answer. and then NIGHTMARE started: - I was officially notified by "Agencia Tributaria" , the equivalent of UK HMRC that someone was trying to get 5000kg of furniture in 2 vans through Dover at my name and I needed to provide information like invoices, papers, origin and destination. - If I don't provide with the above information I can be fined my Spanish authorities with an insane amount of money. This company was the only one with my personal information to do the paper work for the border. Since I told them about the situation with the Spanish authorities, I had no answers to calls or emails. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
