They sent one guy over to pack the home of a family of 4 in 2 days. Unsurprisingly he didn't finish then the upload crew had to pack. They forgot to pack the microwave but packed other things we had told the original guy not to pack. Also, do not believe their initial quote. The bills and invoices keep rolling in after you pay that. Some $600 to deliver things to new location as they said original location would cost us an extra >$1K for whatever reason. We were told we would have a grace period of 3 or so weeks to determine whether we needed storage at the other end. Nope. Got charged £585 handling fee and £153 storage immediately upon arrival. Let's hope when the goods arrive they are in decent shape! Buyer beware...

Alice as nice and friendly when going over what was needed and the move was completed easily and with no fuss (apologies for the amount of dust on some of our furniture). Hopefully we're in our forever home now, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed!

I asked for a quote in WeCareRemovals and they assigned me this company. They quoted for a fixed rate but once they finished the job they asked for additional fees which weren't agreed nor shown in their Terms and Conditions. It took longer to do the job they had quoted. I did a video survey with them to fully assess the amount of work required and they sent me a quote based on this. Now they are threatening me with penalty fees if I don't pay the amount their are claiming. Avoid this company at all cost. Services: Moving-related packing, Furniture assembly, Interstate moving
