Use Simpson Millar with first house purchase went will and completed and second house that we was going purchase for are son and young family the vendors put the house off the market and we had to start again, found a property and started to buy as it was presiding there two issues on land and planing permission so we pulled out, went for the third property as we start waiting for draft contracts Simpson Miller email me to drop are purchase. Avoid at all costs, currently in the process of using their services and communication is terrible. Emails are often ignore and I have gone weeks without any correspondence despite emailing multiple times stressing the urgency of my situation and attempting to call. Use any other solicitor because this is beyond a joke at this point.
