Ordered heating oil over a week ago nice lady took order said be Monday by the latest I said OK as we were getting low on oil, come Monday 3 o'clock had a feeling about oil not coming phoned up to check, a chap answered phone I gave name address etc he was grumpy then said I will check 5 mins came back on line no your oil will not be delivered today I said oh when will it come was told and I mean told it will come when it comes I explained I was told Monday at the latest or I would of used another company he was abusive said do you want me to bring it in my car and hundreds of people in same boat as you so tough it will come when it comes then hung up I have never been spoken to like that by a company it was disgusting when you paying a lot for oil you expect a service I will never ever use this company again totally unprofessional and unreliable.oil arived at long last this afternoon,
