DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They tell you they can do everything you want to get you to sign the contract when they can't. They then refuse to accept they've mis sold the product and expect you to carry on paying. If I could give 0 star I would. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. STAY CLEAR.

Worst software programme out there - We selected SimPro off the back of numerous sales pitches where they promised the world and falsely claimed to be able to create the type of report sheets that we specifically said were required. We then spent months going through a painful and poorly executed implementation which constantly failed to meet timescales promised. Only to be told that the simple report sheets we needed couldnt be done. Absolute waste of time with extremely poor management team in the UK. Dont waste your time with simpro

Do not fall for the sales pitch and constant false promises!! By far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We were pitched the perfect software by the sales guy Ricky and we were assured they could do the reports we needed. Once we signed up the implementation was a disaster and worst 4 months of our business and then to top it off - when we finally set up they couldn’t do the very reports they promised they could. No option now but for us to take legal action to recoup the tens of thousands of pounds in wasted investment from such an appalling company. To make things even more frustrating is the incompetence of the directors at SimPro with just one unprofessional sales director, Sean, based in Europe who doesn’t even have authority or ability to deal with complaints. Pathetic

Not what Dreams are made of!! The sales team (Matthew) will sell you a dream and promise you the everything that you desire.. but when it comes down to the training and implementation you will quickly watch the promised features and dreams fall away in front of your eyes and realise that the software is too clunky and too time consuming and it will never support your/my business needs. The trainer we had (Casey) was very good but even she mentioned that Simpro sales team had been promising things left right and centre that they can't deliver. We have paid to date the best part of £1000 and have now cancelled the package as mis-sold to us.. (thank god all calls are recorded otherwise it would have been our word against the sales person). They only managed to complete 2 days out of 3 days for our so called training as on the 3rd day they had a software issue and we were unable to use it, meaning our trainer left early as couldn't train us. Additional forms you may require are an additional cost, along with most of the features. Accounts have been good in cancelling my contract however my experience with Simpro and the money we have wasted is far from what we were promised. SAVE YOUR MONEY SANITY!
