  I have been using this dentist for over 20 years. It was great when Mr Lee was in charge. Over the last ten years it has gone progressively worse. As a paying NHS patient it is clear that you get a second rate service. None of the dentists stay & many are just rude!

  I’m not happy with this dentist at all. I think they are racist and they don’t treat NHS patients. For about more than two years now we have not been going for check up and when I call them, they say they are not taking any patients for checkup, meaning if you are an NHS patient they will not see you. My son is due for his braces but because the dentist didn’t put him on the waiting list earlier, he still hasn’t received them (he’s 14). All his friends in his age or before his age have already receive braces.

  Really bad experience with this dental practice. I had a filling in before and it came off after a week, and also it seems like they try to rush everything, I have been asking for a filling for a hole for a long time, always got food stuck there, but they seems like do not care and ignore it all the time! My son had a fill in, face got swollen because of the dentist has not cleaned his hole before put the filling in. Recently my son had a filling there again, same problem, not cleaned the hole at all, two fillings took less than 30 seconds. Then one of them dropped out within a week, after the filling dropped blood in the hole, because dentist has not made it clean before put the filing in. Went there again( no other choice) and the dentist said it because my son is not cooperating, this is why the fillings has came off. And also said the blood is because of food got stuck in there(when the filling dropped out, there were blood there). If we have any other choice I would not go there at all. Try your best to avoid this dental practice! Try other places!

  I have to say at first they was very good but I had to have root canal on front tooth which has made it servely discolored ,and was told the nerve would be dead and I wouldn't get any more pain from it at all ,but unfortunately I am suffering with really bad pain and throbing feeling, would not recommend at all,I unfortunately missed like 2 appointments in my whole time with them and was kicked out I explained i was going through alot and my little boy hadn't been well also I was I was under going treatment and they still didn't take that into consideration and wouldn't let me back I am now suffering and can not get into any dentist with nhs as none are available, feel very let down ,stay clear at all cost , very disappointed with the treatment and now still in pain ,stay clear of this denist at all costs

  I have been going though treatment with this dentist for a while now, the hav ABSOLUTELY RESTORED MY FAITH in dentist!! ASH your an absolutely wonderful dentist so professional and friendly so informative and calming THANK YOU SO MUCH 😊 kerry always so helpful helping talk me though any process and build my confidence before I came to the surgery and whilst at the surgery! THANK YOU so much and also a massive thanks to the rest of the team and people who work in the surgery your all amazing x

  I feel I must say a big thanks to the girls at Simplyone dentists in Ashton under Lyne. I have been a patient there for over 20 years and this jubilee weekend I had terrible toothache absolute murder..I rang them on Monday morning at 9am and by 10.25 same day I was having the tooth removed!! The Dentist was great, the job was done and life was back on track!! Thanks girls for getting me in..I really appreciate it. Ian

  Very unprofessional, constantly seeing different Dentists no consistency can only do minor tooth treatment definitely not as good as it was before gone private best thing I've done. 😁

  Waited an hr after appt time to see Colin for an emergency dentist appt, sat down when finally inside and he didn’t even touch the tooth. He claimed you can’t do removal of filling, partial root canal and a temp filling during an emergency appt. He kept repeating “I know how long it takes me you’ll have to rebook here”. This is not my dentist. I travelled in a £50 taxi to get an emergency appt and he refused me treatment. I’ve had that same treatment at an emergency appt at ICC oldham numerous times. Left in tears. Receptionist spoke to him and said she could book me in another day but he was “running late” luckily recorded on my phone as she also said emergency appts are only 15 minutes and that my appt wasn’t until 35 mins after I was told it was. NHS England can take the recording and deal with the complaint. This experience was horrendous, refusing treatment when in pain cus you’re running late. Now booked in another dentist tomorrow and still in agony.

  Really unprofessional reception, think she's a new girl, comes across rude, and miserable. Normally the staff seem OK here. If this is how you are maybe additional training is wouldn't go a miss.. on customer service and politeness!
