    I was transferred to Rob at Simply Waterbeds when Dreamers of Coleshill stopped trading. For the past 3 years I have only spoken to him once a year to get an annual conditioner. This morning I woke to a leak from the mattress & telephoned Rob in a panic. Rob told me not to worry & he would be out in the afternoon. He has just left repairing my bed & doing a total overhaul. What a super guy he has shown me how to remove the air properly & given me a few tips on maintenance. He could not have been more pleasant & helpful. Rob it was great to meet you thank you so much.
