    Went here 8 months ago on a rugby weekend and as I said then it was THE WORST THAI FOOD I'D EVER HAD and saying I'd NEVER GO BACK. Been back in Wigan a few times since and never found a decent Thai restaurant so when I saw this one with a different name was a bit sceptical about it so emailed an enquiry and Iain mailed back saying it was under new owners and give them a chance as I wouldn't be disappointed. So glad we did, service was excellent but food was EXCEPTIONAL just back from 3 weeks in Thailand and the food was as good and better than some I had there. This restaurant will be first choice for a meal on our next and subsequent visits to the D.W.

    Awesome meal at Simply Thai last night! Tried some of the specials and wasn't disappointed! Soft Shell Crab and Papaya Salad were beautiful, as was the Pad Kra Pao with just the right amount of heat. 🌶️
