would give 0 stars. spoke so rudely to a costumer to the point they felt forced to pick a dress. there's no pretty dresses in bigger sizes for bigger girls. heard this was a good shop, but clearly its not all the time.

The old lady was so rude and made very unnecessary and rude remarks about the certain style of dress I was interested in and was unhelpful when I said I wasn’t interested in certain dresses they had to offer which I am not obliged to love the dresses they have?!

This is a great little shop. We went dreaded prom dress shopping at the weekend and admittedly the shop was busy by 10.10 but my daughter found the dress! It was busy but she wasn’t rushed at all by the friendly, experienced and helpful team. They encouraged her to try different styles and colours. They plucked amazing dresses out of their massive selection. Every dress she tried was exquisite. Thank you so much. A very happy and proud mum.
