  Purchased our softub 3 years ago I thought it was a bit overpriced at the time but it's a great investment as they are much cheaper to run than any other spa. With the price of electricity going up we can still afford to use our softub.The people at York are so very helpful trustworthy and honest. It was free delivery and set up , it's also really easy to keep up with not a problem or hard work .

  I was undecided about buying a hot tub of any sort but once I had finally decided that I would benefit from one I started my research. I wanted a tub that was safe and didn’t have lots of internal uneven surfaces. I found Softub UK and it seemed to have all that I wanted. I spoke at length on the phone to Andrew who answered my questions and wasn’t in any way pushy, leaving us to make our own minds up! Once we ordered the process was easy, delivery and installation quick ! The tub is easy to maintain, and economic to run. We have been in it every single day ! While getting used to it I have had a few questions, a quick call or email to the office has sorted them out, Joe is always very helpful. For me it’s important to know that there is help at the end of a phone if needed! I honestly would not hesitate to use this company and the tubs are fantastic !!!

  We have had our 'Softub' hot tub nearly a month and we love it. We had excellent customer service and delivery went smoothly. The only think we wish we had realised is that it only had one cushion as standard, but I believe they are available as extras.

  The product might be great, but the after-service has been the worst. It ended up with me having to spend hundreds of pounds to get spare parts (electronics board) from the USA as it was impossible to reach anyone here via e-mail or phone for close to 6 months. When the part did not work, I was told to send in the unit for review. A further 6 months later, I'm expecting to receive the unit back in the same condition due to the previous owner having replaced the motor and apparently some miscommunication over the charges. So yeah, I've been out of a Softub for 12 months during a pandemic and no assistance or solution whatsoever.

  Softub is a high quality durable product and should not be confused with the cheaper inflatable products. Unlike Acrylic Hot tubs there are no hard slippery surfaces, you just step in and sit down. My wife has a chronic bad back so it is a perfect Hydrotherapy pool. Finally I have always had First Class service from Softub UK.

  My husband & I researched many different Hot Tubs & took over 18 months to make our purchase We purchased the Resort 300 in Graphite & we can be truly honest in saying we were not disappointed We can only comment on our personal experience but from ordering to delivery And aftercare we cannot fault the team in York at all From our intense research it was clear that other tubs were going to cost us at least £70 per month to run plus each time all the jets were used an additional £5:00 per hour would be costed We know the Soft Tub isn’t an all Singing/Dancing piece of equipment but the running costs were 100% priority - Our initial running cost in the first week of set up as it takes a good 2.5 days to hear was approximately £7:50 from then on we monitored on a weekly basis & our costs are about £18/£20 per month Yes the initial outlay seems expensive but we asked ourselves the question: Did we want a Hot Tub that we just used when someone was coming to use it or did we want something that was there ready & waiting to use at a minutes notice In our opinion we wouldn’t have anything else - should anything go wrong (I’m sure it won't LOL) it’s so easy to send the unit away for repair The Customer Service has been great & we can ring at anytime for a chat if we need any help & like I’ve always said myself when buying any product I don’t want to know about the product as the facility is there to research yourself these days What I do want to know is: What’s the after care like!!!! Once I’ve bought the product & how will we be treated Take it from me if you want a great product & good customer service Buy yourself a Soft Tub you won’t regret it

  Had our Softub for 3 years now and my wife and I absolutely love it. Easy to keep clean and look after with no need for masses of chemicals, just a simple bio strip test each time we use it and slide in for a truly sumptuous relaxing time admiring the garden and a G&T by your side, brilliant, try it you wont regret it.
