Walked in on the off-chance looking at towel rails for a bathroom renovation. Kerry-Ann was incredibly helpful and we found the towel rail that suited our needs - she was also able to source perfect valves. We were so impressed that when it came to the next bathroom project, we went straight back to Simply Radiators. 6 months later there was a small issue with one of the units; having contacted Kerry-Ann again the resolution was immediate and to our complete satisfaction. The next time we do any renovations we will return with no hesitation - highly recommended.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Purchased a radiator for work, nightmare from beginning to end. We were told on 2 separate occasions that the colour we wanted was out of stock, once we finally managed to place an order for the right colour, I kept emailing Kerry-Ann for updates on the delivery date as we were working on a tight schedule. I didn't receive a reply to 4 emails. When I finally called to chase up, Tony told me that the order hadn't gone through, so we would have to wait another 30 working days. For all the inconvenience that we went through and lack of communication, I asked for a discount (should've been offered). I was advised by Tony that we would look at this after the delivery of the radiator. I have emailed over 4 times during the past 2 weeks about this with no response. This has been a complete waste of effort and time. Clearly they don't know the first thing about customer service. I urge you, STAY AWAY. It's not worth it.
