Scammer! Will take your money, not show up then completely ignore any attempts to try and get a refund. I’ve read a few reviews saying the exact same experience we had. Please steer clear & certainly only pay in a way you have som kind of protection if you do make the poor decision to go with these scum bags!

My Midlands Life
We booked and paid for them to come to our wedding party on 30th November 2019 but they didn't show up and weren't contactable on the evening. Heard back from them two days later after numerous attempts to contact and found out that they had subcontracted out to another supplier who hadn't shown up to our event. Received a refund immediately plus a small amount of compensation but we were very disappointed.

Simply Photo Booths were ....simply brilliant! Dominic was professional and helpful from the first minute to the last - answering all of our questions beforehand, suggesting timings, giving us choices of layout and, on the day, setting-up well before our booking and engaging everyone throughout the night. The photo album that we were presented with at the end of the night has kept up laughing all week and, when I lost the memory stick with the electronic copies of the photos (that was also given to me on the night), Dominic provided an alternative within a couple of days. Would I use Simply Photo Booths again? Undoubtedly! Would I recommend them? I certainly would! .......as I said - Simply Brilliant!
