I have ordered quite few times over £200. Two things I found very frustrating, you charge me fully before you dispatch the orders then the orders comes with missing items, which happened quite few times, then it is too late to adjust the amount. I was waiting for refund for over two weeks, nothing happened until I called. It has been mentioned before here on the reviews. Can't work it out, you're not bothered to fix the issue or something more sinister going on.
