    I recently visited Simply Hearing to have microsuction in both ears, and I have to say the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. I have had microsuction done for years but recently moved house so wanted somewhere closer than my last clinic. I was pretty nervous to go somewhere new, but I was made to feel at ease immediately. Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere, very professional, everything was explained super clearly with cameras/pictures, and the procedure itself was one of the most efficient and comfortable I have had (which isn't easy with microsuction!) I will definitely be going back and recommending to everyone!

    I initially went to see Simply Hearing to upgrade my hearing aids which were 7 years old, and causing me issues, later concluding in a bad ear infection in both ears. I had wanted to try a new Audiologist, and not my previous one which was a basic service at best. I'm so glad I discovered Meharban; he is friendly, thorough, professional, and really takes his time to do a proper job and explain everything. I had to have microsuction carried out on both ears more than once, and got to review the progress myself as I healed due to the in-ear camera. This was very reassuring. Once healed, I could get my new hearing aids and this has been great. There is absolutely no pressured sales, and my trial period was well supported. Meharban has programmed them so well to me personally, and the technology available now is amazing. My hearing is so much better than with my old aids, and I can even take phone calls directly into the aids! A brilliant caring service - I highly recommend him.
