I decided to use simply flooring to ensure I had a good service I paid extra to have the better quality carpet in the range I choose and the top level underlay I must say the whole experience has been disappointing the carpet was fitted poorly a plastic fitting was fitted between the carpet and underlay when the fitter come back to remove this the gripper was not secured to the floor and come away he was not going to fix it to the floor so I asked for him to do so the stairs was also not fitted correctly and this had to be re-fixed and also re stapled in places the bedroom door was chipped and the electric cable was trapped in between the door and the frame my bathroom door has also been damaged where paint has been chipped off what a great service I received by going to a smaller retailer I would not recommend this retailer and I would not use them again
