ABSOLUTELY APPALLING MANAGEMENT! This clinic deserves a minus score for how they have treated me. I was left with burns across multiple parts of my body following a laser hair removal session from one staff member. Upon informing the clinic, I was rudely told to simply send in pictures with no attempt to find out about the condition, what happened or even provided an apology- at no point has anyone advised me to see a doctor either. All they have done is taken photos of my burns and provided a pot of cream but absolutely no-one has contacted me to discuss further or check-up despite their establishment having left me with burn marks and post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation. I have asked to speak with management in a timely manner given my injuries and to see a copy of my treatment report so that I can determine what happened and am being met with silence. They simply do not care. When I reasonably asked for a refund, I was told this was not possible as I "accepted the T&Cs" at point of purchase and "reactions may occur". How is it acceptable to consider burns across multiple sites a reasonable reaction? I have since consulted other laser hair removal clinics who have all agreed that my burns indicate the device was left on my skin too long and the temperate was incorrectly high for my skin-type. Perhaps their silence and complete lack of care is an indication that burns are indeed a common reaction to occur following an appointment at this clinic? I am so appalled and will never return. I trusted this clinic and had been a customer for 7 years and this is how they treat me. Funny how they don't have time to follow up with my case or administer a refund (the very least they can do) but have time to post constantly on social media. Its very clear where their priorities lie and its not with their customers. Service: Laser hair removal
