Jonathan and Kyle were probably the most professional installers I have used in the business in 25 years– even going as far as suggesting a better position for the air-con unit, from the original position which was dismantled, and optimising space and pipe work, tidied up and made-good afterwards, and even vacuumed; then organised a waste disposal service without me asking for it. I have been trying to get an appointment for a call out with them (for repairs/maintenance) on they own units for AGES now and still nothing.. they will not BOOK any appointment with you if they are to busy .... so you can be waiting for a very long time.... like I am :( now that the weather is very hot, we can not use them (10 A.C Units in all) Big disappointment :( :(

I would just like to say a huge thank you to both Jonathan and Declan. It was an absolute pleasure to have them working on site and in the showroom last week. They were both extremely polite and considerate. The job was carried out exactly as promised, on time and without any issues or subsequent work required. It was a very neat and tidy install.
