Avoid at all costs!!! We used this company to service our AC units in more than one location over London, a year later we are still waiting for our proof of servicing paperwork after chasing several times. Wes keeps saying he will send it across but never does and has stopped replying to our emails. Absolutely unprofessional and we will be reporting him! We also wasn’t able to use several of our units throughout the winter, and after contacting him for advice, he ignored us. Avoid this company, we certainly will be from now on! Recently I used this company to install an AC in my home. Wes, the proprietor gave me a very reasonable quote and I had my AC installed in a timely fashion. The installers were very professional, left the work area clean after installation and the work carried out was impeccable. All wires, electric and pipes were neatly done. I had a small chip on the wall and Paul, one of the installers came today and carried out an incredible job. He was very polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable and it is quite hard to find workers like him nowadays. Overall I would recommend Simply Ait Conditioning for any AC installations and can guarantee an efficient and value for money company at your disposal. Service: Install AC
