With my current adt system needing updating I decided to just replace the whole system for a simplisafe. I was dubious to start but quickly proven wrong. Every step of the process was simple and easy to follow. I called in an electrician to install the system but he just laughed at me and said even you can manage this. Very easy, and it was. The system has proven to be reliable secure and effective. The only thing I would like improved is an additional setting to allow two levels of home use. Home and Night options. Cameras work well and now obsessed with using one as a dog cam. One accidental activation and the monitoring centre called within seconds to verify the alarm.

Simple to setup and configure. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the outdoor camera is not as responsive or stable as the rest of the system.

SimpliSafe is a great house alarm. The guide to set it up is easy to follow,but if you need help there is a number to call. You can add extras sensors at any time. The internal cameras active if the alarm goes off , which you can monitor from your phone. Yes you do need to subscribe to a monitoring package but you are not locked in for a set time, is monthly based. When the alarm actives the call from the monitoring company is prompt. For me is as always been false alarms but it shows it works. All the sensors can be stuck or screwed ,I do recommend you screw then. Been a customer for 2 maybe 3 years now.
