Nothing was too much trouble, they even came and collected his Navy Beret from me so he could be cremated with it. Great communication and always on hand.     Simplicita Cremations were everything we needed when my father died. They were supportive, solicitous and very helpful. He died on December 21st, and Simplicita arranged for him to be collected immediately, using their own ambulance. The fact that my father was in Oxford and Simlicita are based in Lancashire made no difference. Neither did the fact that it was close to Christmas. All of their communications were appropriate to the situation. I also respect the care that they took with the ashes, in using their own driver (the same man that had collected my father) to return them to me. My father expressly wanted a direct cremation, it fitted his beliefs and outlook. When I mentioned this to my father's GP in Oxford, she recognised the name of Simplicita and told me that she had used the same service for her mother. In summary, although they are not necessarily geographically local, they provide a very personal service, and I felt that they were with me for every step of the arrangements. Highly recommended.

    Really can’t recommend the services of Simplicita highly enough. Jon was nothing but kind and sympathetic and professional from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. It was good to know all the arrangements were being taken care of and more importantly, comforting to know my Dad was in good hands for his final journey - especially during these difficult times when we weren’t able to visit a chapel of rest. Jon’s help in finding a good resting place for the ashes means we do indeed have somewhere to go to pay our respects whenever we like. Thank you again. You are a God send!
