  If I could give less than one star I would - I was sold a Trust with my will, being told it was the only way to prevent my step-children from inheriting as minors, when in fact I could simply state that they don't inherit until 21 (for example) for free! This came to light when I queried a couple of items once the wills had been received and the Trust only showed on my documents and not my husbands. I was told that there were two options, pay another x amount to have it reflected in both wills, or, the management team had approved a refund on the trust and they would add the wording as mentioned above. I went for the refund and was told it would be processed in max 2 weeks. Fast forward over 6 weeks later, I've chased twice and no one had any answers for me, until I received a call today to say that management had changed their mind and I was not eligible for the refund they had offered in the first place. I am now in the middle of their month long complaints procedure and hopefully they will see how disgraceful their behaviour is.

  This simpler law has told me that my will is null and void because I never sent will back to them signed I thought it was my copy they said I had to write a new will and the one I hold is not longer of any use and this one cidt me nearly £900 surely this is not possible they destroyed my copy at their offices my husband is seriously Ill with terminal cancer now they want to send us to court to pay £685.58 that my bank recalled back for us as they thought this could not be correct disgusting service sdisgudting girl !!!

  Absolutely disappointed have phoned and left messages and emailed over the last two months to try to arrange to update my will with them with no response would not recommend them to anyone, shall now be taking my services elsewhere

  I can honestly say that this is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Mis-sold a Will, tried to make a small amendment which I was told I could at the time of taking it out. To sort this out the company proposed we paid £5000 to amend! They put nothing in writing (other than your budget Will) and said they are a 'telephone company' so won't communicate via letter/email. Their complaints procedure is awful too. Amateur company who I wish we'd avoided at all cost.

  Absolute joke of a ' legal services provider'. Originally booked a will with them for £49, which they took the funds immediately for a phone call that was planned in for 2 weeks after. Changed my mind and no longer required their services. Cancelled on 10th January. I was advised that the refund will be in my account within 14 days. Waited 14 days and still no sign of refund. After chasing numerous times and not being able to get through ( on the phone about 6 times waiting for about 30 minutes before finally speaking to someone) I chased the refund and was advised that it had been processed on the 19th January and it would be in my account within 10 working days. I was told that the original estimation of when the refund would be in my account should have been working days rather than days. Wasn't happy with this so sent an email about what was happening. Received a phone call back from the original person I canceled the will with. She told me that I hadn't cancelled the will on the 10th January and that I actually confirmed I wished to go ahead with the will because the refund wasn't processed until the 19th January. I then said well how did i cancel the will if it wasn't on the 10th January? I said have a made a call between the 11th to the 19th January or any communication from myself to which she replied no. I then said well it must have been on the 10th January. She put me on hold for a couple of minutes and said she must have got it wrong, I then said well how do I take this further? She said I can't and there's nothing else she can do and hung up on me! Here I am 31st January still no refund. Absolute joke of a company
