I took a gamble, as I initially contacted Simple Interiors because of the many positive online reviews. I did not know anybody who had used them. However, Mido and his team impressed me from the moment that I met them, and by the time that I agreed to go ahead with the project (new kitchen and bathroom and also renovation of the living room with underfloor heating) I was so comfortable that I did not feel that I was taking a gamble at all. Interior design is definitely not part of my personal skill set, so I let Mido make all the big decisions. In that sense I was probably the perfect client, as I basically kept out of the way and let them do what they thought looked best! I am so happy with the results. My apartment now looks stunning. The whole process was as stress-free as any renovation could possibly be. Mido was on site every day to check the progress, and he was excellent at keeping me up to date with everything. If, like me, you are using online reviews to help your decision, then I hope that this review encourages you to speak to Mido. You won't regret it. From the start of the project to the fitting of the last piece, Mido, Tarek and the wider team did a fantastic job with our island kitchen. Early conversations at their Wandsworth studio helped to inform our vision of the space in terms of scope and materials (of which they have many samples), and we left feeling confident and assured that the project was in good hands. Measuring of the kitchen space and initial surveys were done quickly and professionally, and the resulting mock-up design was perfectly aligned with the feeling of the space we were after. The building team was also fantastic. All snagging issues were also rectified in good time. All in all, a very smooth, efficient and comfortable process.

I used Simple Interiors to manage a relatively large project to refurbish 5 bathrooms, my kitchen, snug and hall floor. Despite the disruption for a few months I really enjoyed working with the Simple Interiors team. They are a family run business and that means you get really "human" service. One of the reasons I wanted to use a business like SI was for the project management of all the services required ( building , carpentry, plumbing electrics and so on). This really worked. The timetabling and logistics of the project was pretty much spot on barring a few unforeseen issues - which always arise on bigger projects like this . Simple's building team is really superb - led by the amazing Jarek. I cannot praise Jarek too highly - he is incredibly dedicated to getting things right for the client - he listens closely - and works amazingly hard to solve tricky problems - often after hours - he and his team are lovely, super courteous and very good to work with - even if you are in the house all day with them. The SImple Team is also great - the design of the kitchen and bathrooms are really well thought through pretty much to the millimetre - the end product looks exactly as in the drawings - except better . The team guides you to choices so you don;t have to wade through endless tiles and finishes. In particular I really enjoyed working with Mido - I found it very valuable that Mido makes daily visits to the site - it made it easy to discuss progress and new issues - and it meant that any problems were dealt with swiftly. Honestly I think every text I sent him was replied to within 5-10 mins. He is on it ! On the financial side the team kept largely within budget - there are always new issues that can affect the final amount - but, unpleasant as it can be to deal with these things, Mido and I managed to deal with them transparently and amicably. Sensibly he does not just focus on the money - but how is client is feeling . Finally - for me the icing on the cake is the aftercare. I had a couple of minor issues after the project was finished. A text to Mido meant that Jarek came within days to sort them out - no quibble. That is immensely comforting and worth its weight in gold. Highly recommend and not surprised they are so busy.
