We were looking to have an AC system installed and found Simple Climate Solutions by word of mouth through a good friend and also recommended by my barber shop. Reece came and surveyed our property and suggested a reasonably priced system made by Fujitsu. We agreed to go ahead and the system was installed ASAP with no mess and fuss. Simple Climate Solutions couldn’t have done a better job! The combination of crazy heat along with our newly built gym meant we were definitely in the market for air conditioning, but with many HVAC contractors in Hertfordshire offering residential air con installation I wanted to make sure we were choosing an experienced & reliable AC company. Reece and the team were not only priced competitively, but he really took the time to explain what the best solution would be for us and almost wanted us to ask as many questions as we had (which is not what it seemed like with other companies). We opted for a 3.5KW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries wall mounted unit, the installation was very fast, neat & the team tidied up perfectly as soon as they were done. I’m sure he gets this all the time but we were amazed at how quickly it cools our gym, even when the temperature is 25+…Its quite something! If your looking for a quality air conditioning contractor around Cheshunt or Herts in general then definitely check these guys out, our family appreciates the great work! Service: Install AC

Reece was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had 4 quotes in total and not only was Reece competitive he gave me reassurance which can’t be said for the others who quoted. He was very informative and gave me several options, even sending me pictures of different units. He managed to squeeze me in as I was having other building work done and this needed to be completed before I could get the rest of the work finished and done a fantastic job. I will defiantly use Reece to complete services and am now considering another unit which I won’t hesitate to contact him for. Be careful out there as there are a lot of people doing AC at the moment and have had friends that have had some terrible work done, you can be rest assured if you use this company, I would highly recommend! I would highly recommend Reece and the Simple Climate Solutions team if you are thinking of having air conditioning installed in your home. Reece has been professional and easy to deal with from the start. The quote came through within 48 hours of the site-survey and was extremely competitive, further questions I had regarding the work were also answered instantly. When they started the installation Reece’s team arrived on time and were professional, polite and respectful of our home and garden room. I couldn’t quite believe the level of care they take, even down to the pipework looking incredibly neat and tidy. They cleaned up after leaving our garden room spotless and even took the time to show us how to operate the air con unit, nothing is too much for these guys! The Daikin wall mounted unit not only looks incredible but cools our garden room rapidly. After struggling to sleep over the past few weeks with the weather, me and my boyfriend thought it was definitely time to install air con in our bedroom. There are quite a few ac companies near us in Amersham but we ended up going with Simple Climate Solutions, not only were they competitive with there pricing but they’ve done countless bedroom installations and residential air conditioning installation is their flagship service. We opted for the Toshiba wall mounted AC unit which ended up being a great choice, it cools our room pretty much instantly, is whisper quiet and has a slick design also! Reece and the team did a quality job and the overall customer service was excellent. I wouldn’t mind this climate control throughout the whole of our house so we might be in contact fairly soon. I was looking for a solution to cool my bedroom for the summer months ahead and after speaking to multiple air conditioning companies in Hertfordshire we decided to go with Simple Climate Solutions. After speaking with Reece and seeing the their previous residential jobs I knew we were in good hands! We were advised on the site-survey that the most efficient system for our space would be a Fujitsu 2.5Kw wall mounted unit, and what a solution it is! It cools pretty much instantly! But aside from that the team were amazing throughout the installation, they were tidy throughout & cleaned up well and delivered on everything stated beforehand at a great price! I don’t usually write reviews but felt it was entirely necessary after the service received by Simple Climate Solutions. We did some research on ac companies around us (Cheshunt) and even further out in Hertfordshire, had a few site-surveys & received quotations following these. Despite not being cheapest, I felt extremely comfortable going ahead with Reece and Simple Climate Solutions, we opted for two Mitsubishi wall mounted units, 1 in each of our bedrooms. The level of detail, knowledge, cleanliness, professionalism & constant communication was second to none. I really can’t speak highly enough of the team, customer service really is at the forefront for these guys.
