I had my first visit today and I couldn't be happier! The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly & helped me to navigate through the warehouse and find what I needed. There aren't any prices on the items/shelves and things are a little hard to see at first glance but once you get to understand their system a little it gets easier. The staff recommend making a shopping list by using their website and then printing out your basket. They're happy to find anything that you can't & it's very easy to spend loads so the £50 minimum isn't really a problem.
