Very unprofessional and aggressive. This firm sends nasty correspondence to innocent people with an unacceptable and unpalatable tone. You should not be making threats and using such aggression in your first ever letter to a litigant in person nor the last. The legal ombudsman should review all your outgoing correspondence with unrepresented litigants. Despicable.

I would really not suggest it. Just facts confirmed in writing. I was a client and have in writing agreed with Razi Mireskandari Managing Partner about the fact that his company would conduct the full pre-court procedure on the negligence case for £30k, a price which would include 2 expert conclusions. In fact, this money created a letter of claim without expert conclusions, without which the rest of it was pointless. The response to a request about fulfilling the contractual obligations, was "if you don't like it - go to court" followed by a charming smile. An attempt was made by the other side to not return the case files. This was resolved after a complaint was sent to the internal compliance department, and the documents were given back. The grand total is a waste of £30k, a haughty and rude attitude and several months of waiting lost.
