When you have a serious complaint and several altogether, they do not care and will ignore what you are saying and will not even agree a refund!! Absolutely disgusting. Best salon in Dorset! Since moving down to Dorset 4 years ago, I've struggled to find a salon that I've been totally happy with, so, I am delighted to have eventually discovered Charelle at Simone Thomas. Honestly, she is a magician! The salon has a beautiful interior, and the vibe is calm and serene but also friendly and warm. The team were all incredibly polite and helpful, and it's clear that there is a great sense of camaraderie amongst the staff. The salon is definitely towards the higher end of the price bracket that I would usually pay, but, I must say, worth every penny.
