The stained glass window on the 2nd floor landing of our Victorian house had several cracked and missing pieces. We called several places for repairs, they refused to even come and look at it until we would get expensive scaffolding set up outside. Simone came out and just got on with doing a great job. It looks fantastic! She was super-conscientious, clearly someone who cares about doing the job right. A true craftsperson!

I asked Simone to repair a "Tiffany" lampshade. The fixing had come detached from the actual mosaic shade. Not only did she replace missing mosaics but also reinforced the lead fixings as she felt they were too weak for the weight of the shade. She did an amazing job and is a very friendly, knowledgeable professional. Loved the visit to the showroom/workshop and would highly recommend Simone Kaye for any glass and stained glass work.
