    I've used Simon twice in the past 12 months and recommended his services to others. I have found his communication from the first contact through to the final document to be outstanding. Simon phoned shortly after he'd completed the surveys to give a verbal overview and explained any obvious issues that we needed to investigate but also gave a reassurance where it was needed. We have used Simon on a Grade II listed property and more a recent built and found his knowledge was accurate across the range of buillding techniques and materials. The document supplied by Simon is first class, our conveyancer and others have commented on the detail and professionalism of the paperwork. The overall price was appropriate to the task, and the documents supplied justified the cost. We were happy with the package and we found spending more at the survey stage could save £1000's later on. We will be using Simon again at some point.
