Whilst the team are very friendly, ultimately I left the salon feeling worse than when I arrived because the colour was not in any way close to the description and picture I provided. I went back for a correction only to receive a few highlights. I let my colourist know my colour had not been corrected but was told I’d need to adjust to it… I now need to pay to get it corrected elsewhere.

I just want to say a big thank you to Carlos for making me look Fabulous by his magic touch having done my highlights to absolute perfection and I hasten to add the attention he gave me as to making sure that I went without wanting for anything. He’s a complete gentleman and very sweet by nature in every aspect. Carlos even made sure that I had a hair cut to compliment his work with Simon who I believe was the owner. Simon did an absolutely amazing job on my style and he made me feel comfortable As to even recommending me different styles and ways of wearing my hair. An absolute professional I must say.
