We visited Simon for 3 sets of digital passport photo's. Simon instantly made us all feel at ease & involving our 10 year old son as he has never had a passport photo done before. Simon explained the whole process from how he would do the photo's right through to the process of checking our photo's & sending them to us by email. Such a quick process but not once did we feel rushed. Simon even gave us a rough estimate on passport times based on experiences of recent customers & peak times for passport applications. We had photo's on the Friday, did online applications that evening, documents sent on the sunday. Renewals received after 6 days. New first passport received after 10 days. Would definitely recommend Simon to friends & family.

I was very pleased to find Simon Ward to take my passport photo in his studio with proper lighting and professional camera. It was the same price as the service offered in the corners of photographic shops but with a more flattering result! He gives the same digital code for the Passport Office but with the added advice on how to go about using it and submitting the application. He is conveniently situated in Salisbury with parking outside. I thoroughly recommend him.
