  Simon provides a very unique offering. His programme is structured to enable an individual to identify their strengths and value. Critically, this is validated through feedback from others. The programme moves to identifying opportunities and goals and putting a structured plan in place to achieve them. Simon knows the right questions to ask, and is always there to offer support. He is charismatic and exudes confidence which magically seems to transfer to the people he works with. He acts as an impartial sounding board and has a very straightforward, no nonsense approach, which I find refreshing. Most importantly he is a thoroughly nice, genuine person. Highly recommend for career/business/life coaching and personal development.

  Simon,your a true professional and a quote that will stay with me forever! "We don’t know what we don’t know.” In 2020 pre covid, I approached simon through a mutual friend and was lucky to have had the opportunity to take part in his coaching techniques,regarding new levels of leadership-responsibility and most importantly training through his accredited career program.   Simon Scantlebury is a unique and brilliant coach and has had a significant impact on my life. Before taking Simon on, in all honesty, I thought it all sounded too good to be true. The references that he has seems over the top, impossible even but I thought I would at least meet him and see what he was about. After our initial conversation, it seemed that he was every bit as good as his testimonials and I signed up on the spot. Simon brings a very impressive range and depth of experience. This means that it seems there is no situation he hasn't faced before and no question he can't answer about getting you into the right job. Any industry, any situation, Simon has a route to success. His methods are not run of the mill. He places zero interest in taking average actions and therefore gets far from average results. Working with him will require dedication from you - Simon will work you hard and hold you to high standards. In return, you WILL get results. He will help you discover the right path for you and then get you there. Hiring Simon has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, I have just started my dream job, one that I couldn't even conceive of having the courage to undertake until I met Simon. He is no longer just a coach to me but I consider him a friend too. Simon dedicates himself to those he coaches and therefore has limited space, if he is free then enlist his services straight away.   I got introduced to Simon via a friend / ex colleague. I liked him as a professional and individual from day (minute!) one. He gave me the confidence of opening up and partly comes from “having been there before”, both as an executive coach, but also as somebody who did question his own (corporate) career at some point in the past. His clarity of thinking and messaging alongside mastering “art” of making you find the right answers on your own and also at your own time. It has played a crucial and priceless role in my career by being caring like as a father, which involved being firm and direct when needed.
